Do You Understand the You, Yours, and Ours Principle?

If you remember from my previous posts I talked about me, my, mine, and how those attitudes will sink a company. My intent was not to tell you what sinks a company but to bring you to a point where I can share with you what I believe makes a company very successful. As I have seen as of late, successful business owners build their company upon you, yours, and ours.  So what is you, yours, and ours?

You, yours, and ours happens when the business owner treats clients like their business relationship is about you, because this is yours and when problems arise, has the attitude of “this problem is ours.”  It is a cheaper and easier to keep a client then it is to bring a new one. So why not treat your clients and customers like this is about you because this is your business, and any problems that we have are ours to solve.
