I thought I knew what staff meant until I visited Therese’s Taekwondo in Lavista, Nebraska. As she worked with her class I secretly shot a few short videos of how she teaches people simple steps to using a staff for self-defense. This video is the first of four that were snuck out of her school. Never mind the little boy in front he was getting excited watching all the excitement.
